Trina Jennings, LMP - Massage

Trina is very excited to be part of our Snap Fitness Team.
Her passion for massage and extensive training allows Trina to blend energy work, European deep treatment, and comprehensive understanding of the body into every massage session - providing a deep sense of relief and uniqueness to every experience. Trina’s Focus “.. pay close attention to subtle body cues during a session and always makes sure clients are comfortable on her table.”
In the gym, Trina gets to practice working with all different types of clients. Some are frequent gym goers, coming by to relax. Some are athletes needing to get in tip-top shape for the next competitions, and some folks have particular injuries where they need help to relieve pain and find long-term solutions. Trina loves them all.
Trina G. Jennings, LMP graduated from Ashmead College in 2004 with honors. Since then, she has been working in the field in both chiropractic and massage clinic setting. Trina has also had the privilege of studying the Daucik Method with Zdenka Daucik and thus incorporates this very specific, long-lasting European deep treatment work into her practice.
In addition to helping others, Trina enjoys yoga, music, sudoku, playing with her 2 kitties and rooting for the Seattle Mariners along with her wonderful husband of 8 years, Donald.

Arc trainer, stomach crunching torture machine

Do you have a success story you want to share?
My success story is that I actually get myself into the gym!
Do you have a fitness goal?
Not a specific goal, just to be more healthy!
What do you like most about Snap?
Rright next to work, it is so convenient! Also the fact that I can get as much help as I want, or I can just do my own thing.
Jane Wickstrom

What are your hobbies?
Gardening, interior design, walking and working out. Pretty soon my biggest hobby will be being Grandma to twin baby girls expected any day!
What is your favorite piece of equipment?
I don't think I have a favorite piece of equipment, but I love having a personal trainer. Karen (Calvin) is just great and actually makes working out fun!
How often do you work out at Snap?
I meet with Karen twice a week and work out on my own 2 or 3 additional days in the week for about 60 - 90 minutes.
Do you have a success story you want to share?
I am lifting more weight, learning new exercises, improving stamina, gaining muscle and have noticeable muscle definition. I turned 61 this year and want to be as fit and healthy as I can be, joining Snap Fitness is helping that.
Do you have a fitness goal?
My fitness goal is to loose 10lbs over the next few months.
What do you like most about Snap?
Love the fact that it is less than 5 minutes from home - there are no excuses not to go! The people that work at Snap are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It is never crowded and always available.
Art and MaryAnn Mabbott- December members of the month

Member Since: May 2007
Successes: Both work out at least 3 times per week, Art has lost 15 pounds & both have achieved great stamina, flexibility and fitness!
Who they are: Art if a former teacher and now a math specialist with Seattle Public Schools. MaryAnn is a retired RN. Both love camping, hiking, and being outdoors. MaryAnn’s passion is gardening while Art’s is anything to do with Math (license plate => MATH GUY). Both Art and MaryAnn love to work out on the treadmills or Arc Trainer!
What do they like most about Snap: So many things! They only live 5 minutes away, no long-complicated contract, friendly staff, clean facility, state-of-the-art machines and open 24/7!
Kellsey Justus

April Member of the Month!
Kellsey Justus Has been a member since August 2007. He is a director of a business, and a dad to 3 kids! 2 girls ages 10 and 14, and one boy age 17.
When his hands aren’t full with work and kids he enjoys some time to himself playing soccer and racing motorcycle’s off road!
Kellsey has overcome a serious injury and is making great progress! He works out about 4 times a week. Is losing weight and getting back to his old self. He has been working with Karen Calvin, one of our personal trainers for over a year now!
His goal is to get back in shape so he can continue to race motorcycles. We are rooting for you Kellsey!
Diane Rudholm

Diane also placed 6 in the Emerald Cup competition, one of the largest shows on the West Coast!

Aaron and Molly dahlgren

~Aaron is a 5th grade teacher at Einstein Elementary school A WSU Cougar Fan, who works out 3-4 days a week, with The free weights being his favorite piece of equipment. His fitness goal is to gain more muscle, and his success has been his continuance of frequenting the gym for 7 months!
~Molly is in the process of pursuing a career in Human Resources. She enjoys golf, reading, skiing and traveling. Molly works out 3-4 days a week and her favorite piece of equipment is the Kettle Bell. Her goal is to stay healthy and maintain her weight. Her success story is that she has frequented the gym for 7 months and feels great!
