Starting with your FREE consultation, your Fit Pro reviews your medical and exercise history, clarifies your goals, tests your strength, endurance and flexibility and recommends a customized workout plan.

From there, you have options - working one-on-one with your trainer on a regular basis, following a recommended routine with occasional check-ins or taking part in specialty classes like our Boot Camp 101.

Ab Workout

Get an amazing 30-minute Ab Workout with a personal trainer!

$6 per class. 

Ab Workout Sessions are every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 p.m.

Intro to Fitness

Intro to Fitness is a customized small-group 1-hr session with a personal trainer.  She will teach you a variety of exercises to help kick start your workout program.

$12 (plus tax) per session.  Intro to Fitness is offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:15 p.m or 7:30 p.m.

Jump Start Program

Help jump start your workout program by working one-on-one with a personal trainer.  Learn a variety of new strength training and stretching exercises to spice of your workout and see faster results.
