A high intensity workout designed to maximise calorie burn in a short amount of time. Classes range from 20-35 minutes with a focus on cardiovascular endurance and strength.
Strength
Strength class is designed to build muscle strength, endurance and size by making your muscles work against an external force or weight.
HYBRID
Want the best of both worlds? This hybrid session combines strength AND cardio to build muscle, boost fitness and burn energy. All fitness levels welcome.
Active at Any Age
A class aimed at our over 50's community that has a combined focus on strength and cardio training. There are no age limits to exercise, and this class provides a safe and inclusive environment.

Yes, minimum age is generally 14yo, however there can be exceptions where appropriate. All person under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian co-sign the membership agreement and induction form. Minors under the age of 16 cannot be provided an access card and must have supervision by a parent or guardian whilst attending the club.
Yes, we have a qualified personal trainer. We offer a complimentary session to every new member upon joining and can be booked at reception or directly from the Snap Fitness members App. We also offer a "Kickstart" session to new and existing members who need any assistance with training technique, equipment demonstration and more.
No, all group fitness classes are included in your membership price. Bookings for classes can be made via the Snap Fitness app. Timetables for instructor led and virtual classes can be found on our website or on the Snap Fitness app.
Yes! We have a Kiva Wellness full spectrum Infrared Sauna. Our sauna sessions are 45 minutes in duration, exclusively for one person to privately sit, relax, and feel safe. However, our sauna is made for two, and can be shared with someone else if you wish.
The sauna is free for Snap Fitness Shepparton members. Members from other Snap Fitness clubs may utilise for a fee of $10.
